This is a course for developers, devops, architects; all kinds of IT professionals and engineers who need to understand Kubernetes and container orchestration well enough to use them to deploy, scale, and operate modern applications in Cloud Native environments.

Requirements:

You don't need to have experience with Docker, Kubernetes or know a specific language or framework. Lab classes and exercises will be conducted on remote clusters of virtual machines, so if you want to complete tasks, you should be comfortable:

Know the difference between a container and an image
Knowing how to run a container and how to create an image (using Docker or any other container mechanism)
Using SSH to connect to a remote Linux machine
The main shell commands (directory navigation, installation of variable environments...)
Using a text editor, such as vi, nano, or similar
