AI is changing product management fast. Teams can access powerful models in minutes, but shipping an AI feature that feels fast, trustworthy, and actually useful is a different story. That is where AI Product Management comes in.
In this course, you will learn the practical skills to take an AI idea from concept to a real product plan. You will master the AI product lifecycle, understand what makes AI products different from traditional software, and learn how to design for uncertainty, latency, and trust. You will also learn how to write an AI ready PRD that goes beyond feature requirements, including prompt logic, routing decisions, fallback behavior, privacy cues, and launch gates that protect your users and your brand.
This course is designed to be hands on. You will get worksheets and templates you can reuse at work, including an AI PRD template, prompt design checklist, evaluation plan spreadsheet, and metric gate definitions. You will also complete a capstone case study where you build a launch ready plan for an AI feature and practice making the real tradeoffs AI PMs face in production.
