Train your custom Madness fighter for endless challenges in arena mode, creating weapons from your own sick imagination to take on yet another wave of deranged opponents. Or play through the main campaign as the anti-heroes of the Madness universe and uncover the terrible secrets of Project Nexus itself.
MADNESS: Project Nexus challenges your use of immersive and tactical combat, independent decision-making, environmental navigation, a huge selection of weapons, and a pretty heavy dose of comical gore and violence. You'll progress through the game by moving between rooms and levels of the world, engaging villains along the way (who become wiser and more tactical as you progress). Not everyone is built to survive; we think you may be the exception.

Story Campaign: Lead the heroes of the Madness universe and infiltrate heavily guarded facilities, survive cultist-infested tunnel networks, fight off dynamite-wielding cannibal bandits, and evade the clutches of armored Mag agents three times your size . Play alone or locally with up to three other people (using Xbox-compatible controllers).
Arena Mode: Create your character from scratch, advance through special skill levels and create a unique Madness warrior who is capable of fighting wave after wave of never-ending villains in multiple combat environments. Create your own weapons and equip them with the latest technology to give you the edge you'll need.
