01. How To Curriculum
This section teaches the four protocols of the AYDA Method for leaving the body at will.
The Four Protocols
Protocol 1: Three stages of body shutdown, the exit process, and sleep paralysis as the access point
Protocol 2: Deeper shutdown techniques for those who struggle to exit
Protocol 3: Accessing and controlling dimensional spaces
Protocol 4: Advanced training for repeated exits using sensory deprivation
Additional training includes sound frequencies, breathing techniques, and solutions for common exit challenges. This section is the core technical training of the AYDA Method.
02. The Other Side
This section covers what can be accessed while outside the body.
