You are Steve Jobs, back as CEO of Apple in 1997
Apple is on the brink of bankruptcy
You decide you have to discontinue several of unsuccessful products in order to give focus to the company
In fact, all but a few of the products will be discontinued
You know many employees will be disappointed and affected by your decision, but you think it's necessary
Write an email to the company announcing your decision and explaining the rationale behind it, and why it's the right decision.
