I taught that group of Americans for 20 minutes. They agreed with me because they were able to introduce themselves, create words, sentences , pronounce some French words. French is a Latin language. A lot of people do not know that English has thousands of words that are from Latin. You can make your own research about that. I do not know if you are incredulous.
