The 10-Minute HIIT Workouts Fitness Plan is a 6-week program that will get you sweating, having fun, and burning massive amounts of calories quickly & efficiently in just 10 minutes a day. It is PERFECT if you have a busy life that feels like you 'don't have time to exercise.This program is designed for all-level exercisers but we do move fast and with intensity.There are modifications offered for those who prefer to keep it low-impact.There are 10 workouts included with this workout plan.7 of them are HIIT workouts that include Upper Hiit, Cardio Hiit, Core Hiit, Lower Hiit, Power Hiit, MMA Hiit, and Total Hiit.Then we have a session for Pilates, another for Yoga, and also one for Stretch & Recovery.We recommend you do six 10-minute sessions per week for 6 weeks:Pick the 6 days and times each week that works best for you and get it done.Do the workouts in order from 1 to 10 for a total of 6 weeks.If 6 workouts per week are too much for you then you can do 3 per week instead.Option for increased intensity:If you feel like doing more then you can do doubles by doing 2 10-minute workouts daily.You can do back-to-back 10-minute workouts or you can do one early and one later in the day.Equipment needed:Most workouts do not need any equipment, but it is recommended to have a set of adjustable dumbbells, a mini loop band, and a yoga mat or soft surface.Make sure to schedule your workout days and time by setting reminders on your phone.
