We decided to write this book at the start of 2020 as the Covid 19 pandemic was striking. The interim months have been a difficult time for everyone across the globe and our decision to add a little more uncertainty into our lives by writing our first book at the same time, added to the mix.  Our grateful thanks go to our lovely partners Liz and Stephen and our brilliant families and friends for their support during this exciting and challenging time. We couldn't have done this without them.
