I'll tell you a little secret, "the more people you serve, the richer you become." Facebook made its CEO rich because the company serves billions of people. Real Estate moguls serve many tenants. McDonald's serves millions of people every day.
If you want to become rich in real estate, you will need to serve people and work as a team. If you can get past this "little" mental roadblock, you will become rich. My wife and I have four tenants, which is enough to make us rich and financially independent.
Inside this book, I give you recommendations on becoming creative with financing, paying zero down for homes, and making a profit from your primary residence. However, it is incumbent on you to put the work in, find teammates, and start sharing. If you add value to the world, the money will follow-not vice versa. Value first, money second.
