We use many motors in factories. In many cases, the motors are used to convey
products and to control speed, position of machines. And we use the feedback control
to control the motors. Various feedback control methods were suggested, and they have
been in use. It is necessary to understand those feedback control methods to control
a motor exactly. However, it is not easy to understand the control theory because there
are many equations.
This book is a book about the simulation of the motor control method. With simulations,
we can confirm the movement of the motor. Particularly, we will be able to understand
the characteristic of the control method by changing various fixed number, and
simulating it easily.

I used the software Scilab. The software is very powerful for simulations. We can make
mathematical models in the software with the graphical interface easily. Then we can
get a graph on which represents some characteristics(speed, position etc.) of the model.
