The reason is not that women rate themselves low. The reason is fatigue. However, when a lot depends on the adoption of this or that decision, then we make a choice and are not afraid of responsibility. Many women say that they just need to make choices in order to avoid stress.We do not have problems with self-esteem, which are often attributed to us. Study after study shows that when self-esteem falls sharply, it is more often a consequence of, rather than a cause, of how we feel about ourselves. We can say for sure that we do not suffer from dissatisfaction with our appearance, or from our own inability to cope with stress (although, I admit, sometimes we adore endlessly talking about how we should improve ourselves).Unfortunately, all this does not mean that currently there is no discrimination against women. Girls say over and over again that they are treated differently from boys; working women still run up against the "glass ceiling", receiving less pay than men for performing (sometimes even better) similar work. And the reason for such discrimination lies not in the low self-esteem of women.
