Count Baldor is the current pseudonym of Tom Parker, a British music producer and composer. Rather than seeing hyperpop as a defining sound, Parker sees it as a continuation of the likes of Shitmat, Ebola and the rest of the Wrong Music team, among others. Sometimes he works from scratch and just creates until he has something he likes. When he draws inspiration, he draws inspiration from sources such as British garage, jazz, TV show themes, early lyre music, dubstep, psych trance, techno, IDM, etc. He shared: "I like to choose different things and just watch , what works. together in a fun way."

But with Kinetic, you get the entire brass section in one instrument. That means you get a separate timeline for each section. Each timeline contains 64 note or rest events and can be divided into up to 4 "regions". And you can have each timeline play a different pattern whether you hold down a single note or chord!
