There is a discussion that the level of individual education is a contributing factor to that persons violent behavior. Governments all over the world must ensure that they put in appropriate measures to prevent crime such as Putting CCTV cameras and security sensors across the whole nation, employing more security personnel such as police etc to ensure that law and order is maintained.
