Don't rush, flow.

Ideal for intermediate yogis, the slow and controlled approach of this flow-based plan will help you find challenge in stillness and structure. You will build dynamic flexibility and functional strength by exploring transitions and sequences designed to challenge traditional movement patterns.

Slow does not mean easy, though: slow movements require a different type of strength and core connection than most students aren't used to, but will help you discover new depths within each asana. In order to gain this awareness, each of the 5 classes in this plan allow students to explore transitions and movements, rather than trying to keep up with someone else's pace. Additionally, Daniel offers a variety of modifications throughout each class. As you move slowly and steadily through each flow, you will develop your mental and physical stamina while testing active and passive balance in every posture, and every breath.

Like most good things in life, it is worth slowing down and savoring every moment of your yoga practice. Remember that fast is not always better, and slow does not always mean relaxed. Your strength, control, and endurance will be challenged as you build trust in your practice and slow down to create magic.
